POLICIES & WAIVER
RULES FOR RESERVATIONS
- We need 24 hrs to fulfill all reservations and orders. For example, if you want a table reservation for Friday night, it needs to be made by Wednesday. If you want to book a reservation or order with shorter notice, an expedited charge of $100 will be added.
- Payment fulfillment; payment must be completed and before services are executed
- After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your selected services. Our team will reach out to you with a confirmation call and get more details to further customize your experience.
LADIES OF DE NADA
- Dinner 2 hour Limit. Any extra time is up to each individual ladies discretion
- Club 2 hour Limit. Any extra time is up to each individual ladies discretion
- After-hours 1.5 hour Limit. Any extra time is up to each individual ladies discretion
- Dinner & Club 4 hour Limit. Any extra time is up to each individual ladies discretion
- Occasion/Event 3 hour Limit. Any extra time is up to each individual ladies discretion
- Club & After hours 4 hour Limit. Any extra time is up to each individual ladies discretion
DE NADA LLC WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
ON BEHALF OF DE NADA ENTERTAINMENT LLC, I expressly WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE DE NADA ENTERTAINMENT LLC,, its officers, agents and employees or any other person from any and all LIABILITY for any death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions, including any alleged or actual negligent act or omission, regardless of whether such act or omission is active or passive which may accrue to myself or members of my organization/group or our heirs in connection with our participation in the above-described event. I fully understand and acknowledge that the DE NADA LLC is relying on my representation that I have authorization to sign this document and that I will provide all members of my group a completed copy of this Waiver prior to our participation.
I expressly INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the DE NADA ENTERTAINMENT LLC, its elected and appointed officials, agents and employees from any and all liabilities or claims made by me or my organization or group, my/our heirs and any other individuals or entities as a result of any of my/our actions in connection with my/our participation in this event except for those claims arising from the sole negligence or sole willful conduct of the DE NADA ENTERTAINMENT LLC, its officers, employees or other representatives. Such indemnification includes liability settlements, damage awards, costs and attorney fees associated with such claims.
By completing my payment I hereby certify that I have read this document, understand its content and am authorized to sigh this document on behalf of all members/attendees of the event or group I represent.
